Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This email will include the estimated production timeline (approximately 21 business days) and your estimated delivery date (ETA).

Special order doors are 14-18 weeks delivery

A second email will be sent once your order has shipped. If your order ships in multiple parts, you will receive separate email notifications for each shipment.

Tip: Be sure to save these emails and invoices for your records.

Shipping Rates

Our standard ground shipping is handled via common carriers and includes:

• Residential delivery
• Delivery appointment scheduling
• Liftgate service
• Pallet jack service

• Starting at: $150
• Production Lead Time: Approx. 14 business days

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. We do not charge additional fees for crating.

Shipping Information

Large Items: Shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight – curbside delivery only

Smaller Items: Shipped via standard carriers

Typical Transit Times:

• East Coast: 2–4 business days
• West Coast: 5–7 business days

Orders and Returns

All orders should be picked up within 7 days after notification. Otherwise a storage fee of $50 per day will be charged.

We do not refund:

• Shipping costs
• Special orders (i.e. non-stock items)
• Altered, pre-hung, or pre-cut merchandise (also non-returnable)
• Shipping and delivery charges in case of returns

Merchandise return process:

• Returns more than 14 days after shipment will not be accepted.
• Written or email return authorization from Designer Doors And Building Supply is required.
• Merchandise must be merchantable and in original packaging; proof of purchase required.
• Returns are subject to warehouse inspection before credit is issued.
• Shipped returns deduct applicable shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Customer agrees and understands that there will be a restocking charge of 50% of the invoice price.

Cancellations and change orders:

• Shop items and special orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.
• Cancellations and changes are subject to production and/or material charges already incurred.
• An order is considered firm when placed; the customer is liable for the full cost of those orders.

Curbside deliveries: If the customer is absent at delivery, Designer Doors does not hold liability for doors left at curbside, carport, or front doors, and is not responsible for damage or missing parts. Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Inspect product(s) upon delivery. Shortage, loss, or damage claims (including common carrier freight) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and before product is removed from the shipping crate. Contact customer service at 770 712-0374.
