Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This email will include the estimated production timeline (approximately 21 business days) and your estimated delivery date (ETA).

Special order doors are 14-18 weeks delivery

A second email will be sent once your order has shipped. If your order ships in multiple parts, you will receive separate email notifications for each shipment.
Tip: Be sure to save these emails and invoices for your records.

Our standard ground shipping is handled via common carriers and includes:

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. We do not charge additional fees for crating.

Shipping Information
Large Items: Shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight – curbside delivery only

Smaller Items: Shipped via standard carriers

Typical Transit Times:
East Coast: 2–4 business days
West Coast: 5–7 business days

Note: Dealers may use their own freight company if preferred. For shipments outside the continental U.S., please contact Door Design Lab directly.

Special orders are non-stock items and are non-returnable/refundable.

DESIGNER DOORS DOES NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT PRE-HUNG, PRE-FINISH AND CUSTOMIZED DOORS IN RETURN

No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized by Design Door Supply in writing or by email. A customer agrees and understands that there will be restocking charge of 50% invoice price.
A fifty percent (50%) fee will be charged to any ordered products returned. The Buyer holds the responsibility to pay all shipping charges for return goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds are processed ONLY upon the receiving of the return orders in our warehouse and after warehouse inspection. Only non-damaged Products are accepted for return. Installed doors are considered “received” goods and cannot be returned.

All returns must be in merchantable condition, in the same packaging and/or wrapper condition as when purchased. All returned goods are subject to warehouse inspection before credit will be issued.
Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returned goods. No material will be accepted for return after 14 days.
