The AVON collection of interior doors adds a timeless touch to modern interiors. It combines clean lines, eco-friendly materials, and advanced technologies with the highest industry standards. These factory prefinished paneled doors offer a wide range of customization options, including panel quantity, glazing, and decorative elements.

Stile and Rail Construction

Stile and rail doors represent the best traditions of American craftsmanship. Constructed using linear pieces of lumber assembled into a single structure, these doors offer exceptional strength, durability, and visual appeal. Every detail comes together to create a harmonious classic American look.

The 1-panel version features a simple and clean design. The panel is made from MDF, providing excellent sound insulation and privacy. Engineered vertical stiles inside the pine frame ensure a strong, sturdy structure.

The soft light gray finish, paired with a natural woodgrain texture, brings warmth and elegance to any space. It’s so inviting, you’ll want to touch it — and you can! The eco-friendly polypropylene (PP) coating is not only beautiful but also easy to maintain. It’s resistant to scratches, moisture, and sunlight fading.

Quick and Easy Installation – EZ-Hang System

The patented EZ-Hang system makes installation fast and simple. With seven adjustable brackets, this system eliminates the need for shims and allows for quick setup at any stage of construction. It works with or without drywall and allows installation from either side of the door.

Installation Instructions:

Draw a vertical plumb line on the drywall about 1/2″ in from the rough opening on the hinge side.

Attach the brackets to the back of the door frame using the included 1/2″ screws.

Starting at the top hinge, align one of the bracket lines with the plumb line. Use the provided screws to secure the door to the wall.

Shipping and Order Confirmations
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received. Production typically takes around 14 business days, and your estimated delivery date (ETA) will be included in that confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If your order ships in multiple parts, you’ll receive separate emails for each shipment. Be sure to keep all confirmation emails and invoices for your records.

Ground shipping is provided via common carrier and includes services such as:

Shipping rates start at $80, and production lead times begin at 14 business days.
Please note: prices are subject to change without notice. We do not charge extra for crating, unlike many other companies.

LTL carriers for large items (curbside delivery only)

Standard carriers for smaller items

Estimated shipping times:

East Coast: 2–4 business days

West Coast: 5–7 business days

If you prefer to use your own freight company, that’s perfectly fine. For orders outside the continental U.S., please contact Door Design Lab directly.

Will Call Service
Customers may also choose to pick up their orders directly. Please call ahead to schedule a warehouse pickup before arriving.
