Door Construction:
Stile and rail doors symbolize the best traditions of American craftsmanship. Linear pieces of lumber are assembled into a single structure to ensure the functionality and durability of the slab.

Door Filling:
MDF panels provide reliable soundproofing and help keep the heat inside the room.

High-Quality Finish:
The slab is coated with polypropylene (Gray Matte), an environmentally friendly material that is resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations. The door with a PP finish is easy to care for, requiring only a damp cloth to clean—no aggressive detergents needed.

2 years.

Easy Door Hanging:
EZ-Hang is a unique seven-bracket door installation system that can be used at any stage of construction, eliminating the need for shims. With this patented technology, hanging an interior door is five times faster. The advantage of the EZ-Hang system is that the attachment is adjustable—there’s no need to bend or alter the bracket. It’s suitable for either or both sides of the door, with or without drywall.

Interior Door Installation Instructions:

Draw a vertical plumb line on the drywall about 1/2″ in from the rough opening on the hinge side.

Attach the brackets to the back of the door frame using the 1/2″ screws provided.

Starting at the top hinge, match up one of the bracket lines with the level line drawn in step one. Screw the interior door to the wall using the screws provided.

Shipping and Order Confirmations
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it. Production lead time is approximately 14 business days. An estimated time of arrival (ETA) will also be included in this confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email with shipping details. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll get additional confirmation emails for each. Please make sure to keep these emails (invoices) for your records.

Shipping Rates
The shipping rates below apply to ground shipping via a common carrier. These rates include services like residential delivery, scheduled delivery appointments, liftgate usage, and pallet jack handling.

We do not charge extra for crating—something many other companies do. Prices are subject to change without notice.

After your order is processed, it will be shipped using:

LTL (Less-than-truckload) for larger items

Standard carriers for smaller items

Note: LTL shipments are curbside delivery only.

Shipping time estimates:

East Coast: 2–4 business days

West Coast: 5–7 business days

Dealers may also use their own freight company. For orders outside the continental U.S., please contact Door Design Lab directly.
