Construction
Built using the stile and rail method—an enduring hallmark of American craftsmanship. We use linear lumber pieces assembled into a sturdy, durable slab to ensure long-lasting functionality.

Door Core
Filled with high-quality MDF panels for reliable sound insulation and thermal efficiency—keeping noise out and warmth in.

Premium Finish
Coated in Gray Matte polypropylene (PP)—a sustainable, moisture-resistant material designed to withstand temperature changes. It's easy to clean with just a damp cloth and doesn’t require harsh chemicals.

EZ-Hang Installation System
Our patented EZ-Hang system includes seven adjustable brackets, making door installation up to five times faster and easier—without the need for shims. Compatible with drywall or no drywall, and installation can happen at any construction stage.

Installation Instructions:

Draw a vertical plumb line on the drywall, about ½" in from the rough opening on the hinge side.

Attach the brackets to the back of the door frame using the provided ½" screws.

Starting from the top hinge, align a bracket line with the level line drawn in Step 1. Secure the door to the wall using the provided screws.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details that your order has been received. Production time typically takes around 14 business days. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) will also be included in this confirmation.

You’ll receive a second email once your order has shipped. If your order requires multiple shipments, you’ll receive additional confirmation emails for each. Please make sure to save all emails (invoices) for your records.

Shipping Rates
Ground shipping is handled via common carriers

Services included: residential delivery, delivery appointment, liftgate, and pallet jack service

No extra fees for crating (unlike many other companies)

Shipping rates start at $80

Lead time begins from 14 business days

Orders are shipped via LTL (for large items) or standard carriers (for smaller items)

LTL shipments are curbside delivery only

Average shipping times:

2–4 business days for East Coast

5–7 business days for West Coast

Dealers can use their own freight company if preferred
