    Description

    Zephyr is an energy-saving weatherproof door with а reinforced door frame for houses:

    The slab material is zinc-galvanized steel.

    The frame material is galvanized steel.

    Translucent frosted glass is a triple-sealed unit with two chambers: it is tempered on both sides and has silkscreen printing using ceramic inks.

    Two thermal breaks, high-density polystyrene foam, and a glued laminated bar provide thermal insulation.

    The stainless steel threshold, reinforced by a galvanized steel frame.

    Polyurethane Schlegel Q-lon seal.

    Soundproofing: 37 dB.

    Cold protection: a galvanized steel door frame with two thermal breaks gives the door high thermal insulation properties and retains your home heat, even at extremely low temperatures.

    Exterior finishing type: Extra durable painting with reliable protection from UV rays.

    Shipping and Order Confirmations
    After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that your order has been received. Production typically takes about 14 business days. An estimated delivery date (ETA) will be included in your confirmation email.
    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email with shipping details. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate emails for each one. Be sure to save all confirmation emails and invoices for your records.

    Shipping Rates
    The rates listed apply to ground shipping via common carrier and include services such as residential delivery, scheduled delivery appointments, liftgate, and pallet jack assistance. Rates start at $80, and production lead time starts at 14 business days.
    We do not charge any additional crating fees, unlike many other companies. Rates are subject to change without notice.

    Shipping Information
    Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) for large items, or regular carriers for smaller items.
    LTL shipments are curbside delivery only.
    Typical delivery times:

    East Coast: 2–4 business days

    West Coast: 5–7 business days

    Dealers may use their own freight carriers if preferred. For orders outside the continental U.S., please contact Door Design Lab directly.
