Construction & Materials
Durable Frame:
Built with a solid pine frame for strength and long-lasting performance.

Engineered Solid Core Filling:
Made from an eco-friendly wood fiber composite with a 12.5 lb/ft³ density. This material provides excellent sound insulation and helps maintain room temperature.

Finish:
Coated in Snow White polypropylene (PP) — a sustainable, low-maintenance material resistant to moisture and temperature changes. Easy to clean with a damp cloth, no harsh chemicals needed.

Fast & Easy Installation with EZ-Hang:
Includes our patented seven-bracket system, eliminating the need for shims. It allows for precise adjustment and works at any construction stage — whether drywall is in place or not.

Installation Instructions
Draw a vertical plumb line on the drywall about ½″ in from the rough opening on the hinge side.

Attach the EZ-Hang brackets to the back of the door frame using the ½″ screws provided.

Starting at the top hinge, align the bracket with the level line. Secure the door to the wall using the included screws.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This email will include the estimated production timeline (approximately 21 business days) and your estimated delivery date (ETA).

Special order doors are 14-18 weeks delivery

A second email will be sent once your order has shipped. If your order ships in multiple parts, you will receive separate email notifications for each shipment.
Tip: Be sure to save these emails and invoices for your records.

Large Items: Shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight – curbside delivery only

Smaller Items: Shipped via standard carriers

Typical Transit Times:
East Coast: 2–4 business days
West Coast: 5–7 business days
