Door Construction
Stile and rail doors represent the best traditions of American craftsmanship. We use linear pieces of lumber assembled into a single structure, ensuring both functionality and durability of the slab.

Door Filling
Made with MDF panels, this material provides reliable soundproofing and keeps the heat inside the room.

High-Quality Finish
The slab is coated with polypropylene (Shambor), an environmentally friendly material resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations. The PP finish is easy to care for—just use a damp cloth without aggressive detergents when cleaning.

Easy Door Hanging
EZ-Hang is a unique seven-bracket door installation system that can be used at any stage of construction, eliminating the need for shims. This patented technology allows you to hang an interior door five times faster. The attachment is adjustable, so there's no need to bend or alter the bracket, and it works for either or both sides of the door, with or without drywall.

Interior Door Installation Instructions
Draw a vertical plumb line on the drywall, about 1/2″ in from the rough opening on the hinge side.

Attach the brackets to the back of the door frame using the 1/2″ screws provided.

Starting at the top hinge, match up one of the bracket lines with the level line drawn in step one. Secure the door to the wall using the screws provided.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This email will include the estimated production timeline (approximately 21 business days) and your estimated delivery date (ETA).

Special order doors are 14-18 weeks delivery

A second email will be sent once your order has shipped. If your order ships in multiple parts, you will receive separate email notifications for each shipment.
Tip: Be sure to save these emails and invoices for your records.

Smaller Items: Shipped via standard carriers
